I can remember it like it was yesterday.

The smells, the vibrant flavours, the food trucks thrilling with their grilling, the passion and energy oozing from the guys dishing up these incredible edibles. 

I was hooked. And fascinated. 

My first culinary encounter with food trucks and street eats had opened my eyes to a whole new world of delicious dining and I was hungry for more.

Little did I know then what a career move to Tokyo and Hong Kong would bring my way. If New York had opened my eyes, the food trucks and flavours of Asia were about to blow my mind. 

Inspired by the fabulous feasts I was eating from these food trucks I found myself dreaming of swapping my career on the trading floor for trading out of a food truck.

And in 2021 that dream became a reality, I quit my job, bought a food truck and went on a mission to bring all the flavours of my life's travels to hungry diners in search of the best burger money can buy.

It feels like my whole life has been a journey and finally I have arrived. Destination Burger represents my life and travels in a bun. But more than that it represents my values – quality, value for money and customer satisfaction.

It's been 19 years in the making and that's why Destination Burger truly is a feast of global flavours.
